How To Enroll
Come to the pantry during the hours of operation to complete an application form. Only the head of household's information is needed on this form.
Provide one form of photo identification for head of household. Accepted forms of identification include:
Public assistance card
Food stamps
Drivers license
Employment or student I.D |
Medicaid card
Passport
Alien registration card
Photo ID from other countries |
Provide one form of proof for each family member to establish family size. Accepted forms of proof include:
Any photo ID forms
Above
Baptism certificate

Eligibility screening and help with applying for public health insurance, Food Stamps, WIC, and additional public health benefits.
HRA Online Food Stamp Enrollment
The Human Resource Administration is conveniently located at the pantry on Wednesdays to enroll people for Food Stamp benefits. Appointments are required.
HIV Counseling, Testing, and Referral
Fridays from 2p.m. to 6p.m. and Saturdays from 10a.m. to 4p.m.
Free and confidential HIV counseling and testing services are offered at the pantry. Rapid HIV test results provided within 20 minutes. |
