Scatter Site II Housing Program – This is a housing program that offers assistance with housing placement and case management for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. Client are referred to our program through their HASA caseworkers. Program services include lease negotiation, housing placement, and case management. Leases are negotiated directly from the landlord for the client.

The Scatter Site II Housing Program works to assist clients with housing placement in the 5 boroughs of New York City.
