Domestic Violence & Trauma Services

We have programs to help you heal after domestic violence. Services are available tailored for families, LGBTQ survivors, and for people involved in the criminal justice system.

Community Health Action of Staten Island supports survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault to overcome the impact of abuse. We work together to create healthy families and communities free from violence.

We offer a holistic trauma-informed menu of comprehensive services including individual and group counseling, case management, crisis management, sexual health education and other supportive healing arts. All of our services are free of charge and are offered in Spanish & English.

Anyone 18 years or older who has been impacted by abuse or violence is welcome. We also link survivors to housing and legal services through the Staten Island Family Justice Center and the DV shelter systems.
