Community Health Action was born from HIV advocacy and care, and we will always be a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQIA people to access services without having to hide or change who you are.
Healthcare disparities are real for people in the LGBTQ community and can require solutions that acknowledge and respect gender and sexual identity and expression. You can safely access care from competent and affirming staff at CHASI for chronic illness, substance use, domestic violence, food insecurity, HIV/ STIs, and more. If you’d like to talk about your situation before coming in, drop us a note using the form below and we’ll help you find what you need.
(And yes, that’s really us on grindr.)
